The Story of C. Myers Coaching

There are times I'm not sure how I got here. I never set out to be a consultant or Executive Coach but here's where I find myself. 
Running a very successful company that the 2008 recession brought to its knees was the beginning of the process for me. Learning how to navigate that road was much more difficult that growing my company. "How do a shut this thing down well and with dignity?" Was the question I kept asking myself. 
Once we closed our doors a friend in a similar situation asked for help and that became my next project, who told a friend, and told a friend . . . and here we are. 
Success in calm seas isn't really a big challenge. But kick up the wind and waves and the process gets a little dicey. I've owned other successful businesses since then but found myself migrating back to helping other leaders navigate their rough seas. 
Life teaches you lesson that a classroom just can't create. If you find your ship getting tossed about a bit and need a little help from someone who's been there, let me know.
